Anyone else using ECS with user scope as Namespace?

We recently installed  ECS for test with user scope set as Namespace. We were told that S3Browser and Cyberduck doesn't support multiple namespace config. Also we are having issue with using S3curl. Is anyone using multiple namespace config and if yes  what kind of issues do you see?
