XERR_DX_MEDIAGROUP_CONTAINITEMS (16261)
Anyone know how to get past this error. I removed all of the media for my media group and when I try to delete the folder I get XERR_DX_MEDIAGROUP_CONTAINITEMS (16261).
Looking over the entire system each of my folders has double the item count they should have.
Thanks

Does media appear under the media group in the DX Admin?
If so delete all the media before attempting to delete the media group.
If media does not appear under the media group (yet you still cannot delete the group) you may have a corrupt registry. DX stores media information under hklm/sw/emc/diskxtender & XMS. In some cases I've had to remove the media references manually using regedit. Please consult with support before deleting any media entries.
Hope this helps.

Why are you removing media?
What is the media type?
What have to you to date to get the duplication of items?
I have an idea of what you may need to do but I need answers to these questions first
