Users with Windows Vista

Hello I have one environment with DX 6.2 SP1 and many different types of files, all file is working with DirectRead without problems, this happens always with users using Explorer without Windows Vista.

When a Windows Vista user uses the explorer, the files are always fetch.


Anybody have any idea?
