Unable to save media task list

I need some help in the problem that I am getting at one of the customer's site. I have installed DX FSM for Windows on a windows 2003 machine. The target storage is Centera. I have asked it to create 2 virtual media automatically as and whenever required. I want to see a list of files in the media. For this I will need to run a media task and choose the task as File Report. I followed the wizard and when I click finish, it shows "Unable to save media task list", ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED (5).

Can anyone help me understand this and let me know what can be wrong here?
