Restore Centera Media in a new Extended Drive on the same server

I had to move my Extended Drive from one partition to another partition on the same server. I made a reassingment of the media to the media groups in the new Extended drive, and some medias couldn't be restore, I tried to make a file report of the media but the process never starts, I can see that the media has 100,000 files but I can´t get the file report to tried to migrate the files again.

Has anyone experiecend something like this?

The environment is a Windows 2003 server with DX File System Manager conected to a Centera.

If you are experiencing slow Centera Media Tasks (Media Status is "Building File List" for a very long time), I'd recommend you contact Centera Support and ask them to run a process that will create an enumeration clip for the media(s) you wish to run a File Restore on. The Centera Primus Object is 'emc143351' and the DiskXtender Peoplesoft Knowledge Object is '75383'. (Please note, that this task can take a very long time depending on the number of objects stored on Centera.)

You should contact Centera Support and ask them to perform the task outlined in Centera Primus Object 'emc143351'. Once you get the enumeration clip from Centera Support, contact Dx Support to assist you with running the media task.

You can reach Centera Support at 1-800-782-4362.
You can reach DiskXtender Support at 1-877-534-2867
