PDF files with Direct Read

Hello I have one environment with DX 6.2 SP1 and many different types of files, all file is working with DirectRead without problems, but PDF files is not open.
I use a nas to tier 2 of this files.

I try to disable direct read of PDF files but this files dont open too.

Anybody have any idea?
