License exceeded

I'm confused by this warning message which tells me that the capacity license for Diskextender has been exceeded, but then tells me that only 3TB of our 4TB licensed capacity is in use.

The product is licensed.

DiskXtender capacity license has been exceeded. Entering a 90 day grace period. The grace period will expire after
4-29-2008 at 08:47:24
DiskXtender File System Manager
File System Manager Licenses: 8 (2 in use)

MediaServices

Centera
Capacity: 4 TB (3 TB in use)

So my question is - have we exceeded the capacity or not?
