How to archive from Celerra to Centera

I want to use DX for UNIX to archive data from file system on EMC/Celerra to EMC/Centera. I know that FS on Celerra needs to be setup for this, but in order to move files to Centera do you mount FS from Celerra on FSM-NAS (Sun host) and also install (DXDM FSM 3.1) on same host and than use "mounted FS from Celerra" as for DXDM and set it up as "utdm" attribute and point Centera to there.

I hope that someone out there has done this before w/ new version of DX.
