Fetch from offline media

We are using a UDO standalone drive and DX. If a fetch is requested for a file from a piece of media that is offline is there any message that says what piece of media it is trying to get it from? So we can mount that piece of media?

Check the event log in DiskXtender. You should see a message stating the media is offline. Replace the media in the drive and try to fetch the file again. Hope this helps.
