ExtremeZ-IP

I am having an issue with DiskXtender running on a windows server with another software package called ExtremeZ-IP. This software provides file and print sharing services to my MAC clients. I have ExtremeZ-IP up and running on the server and my MAC clients can connect to the shares. I install DiskXtender and as soon as I set up an extended drive the server all but locks up. My MAC clients cannot connect to the shares and the server's console responds VERY slowly. It took over 5 minutes between clicking on the start menu and it coming up. It took me over 3 hours to remove the media, the extended drive and uninstall DiskXtender because the server was running so slow. Does anyone have any experience with the ExtemeZ-IP software; or have any idea as to why this would happen? I am opening a case with Group Logic (the manufacturer) as well.
