Extending DiskXtender Volume

Does anyone know if expanding the DiskXtender Extended drive using the diskpart extend command will cause any issues with the DiskXtender process? The DiskXtender Extended drive is a primary NTFS partition on a logical that has a lot of free space that I would like to utilize.

I have done the process before on application and file servers, but did not know if DiskXtender had any hooks into NTFS that would impact DiskXtender if I expanded the Extended drive.
