DXWIN 6.5 Beta Issue - DX Shell Tools

When installing DXWIN 6.5 Beta on our server, we noticed that the DX Shell tools were not present. The install program did not prompt for a reboot, but we went ahead and did it. Once rebooted, the shell tools were present. Please advise.
