DX For NAS question

I could not find a forum specific to DX for NAS, so I am posting my question here. We have had a DX for NAS installation operational for a year or more. There has come a requirement to gather user data for a legal reason and it turns out a good amount of this data has been archived. When the users are trying to copy folders that have htese file in them taht are archived, they are receiving time outs on the data coming off the NAS shares waiting on the file to be retrived from the centerra system. Is there a way I can run a retrieve using DX for NAS to un-archive the data froma particular folder?
