DX files on Centera not available
We have DX for Windows installed and use it to migrate data to our Centera's. Starting yesterday we can no longer access some of those files. Some files open, other do not. The error I see on the Media log is "fetch for file (file name) was aborted with status 1168. Can anyone offer any assistance or point me in the right direction. I have opened a case but have yet to speak to a tech and phone tag gets old quickly especially when I have users who can't access their files.

1). check the transaction logs (Extended Drive\Dxlogs). Make sure it is all 512 bytes in size.
If it's bigger than 512 bytes, please contact EMC Support to investigate
2) Enable dx_emcservice.log
a) Stop DX Service
b) Create Dx_emcservice.log in c:\Program Files\EMC\DiskXtender\Bin directory.
c) Start DX service
try to fetch some files (which have errors)
Stop the dx service and cut of the dx_emcservice.log to desktop
If you see any FP errors in this log, please log a service request with Centera support.
