Dx 6.3 ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED(5)

Hi,

in our environment we use several DiskXtender servers. on one of them I get the folowing error message : ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED(5). This happens with every change I make within the application. My account is member of the Dxadministrators group, and I am member of the administrator group on the server. I tried to change some settings directly in the registry, and this works without a problem.

I would like to make all the changes through the GUI, but at this time this doesn't work. Restarting the server or the service does not help. Hope someone can help out.
