DiskXtender License Capacity Issue
We are in the process of implementing a Windows DiskXtender (6.1) and Centera G3/G4 environment. We are doing some testing but our test node is now complaining that the
"DiskXtender capacity license has been exceeded. Entering a 90 day grace period. If the DiskXtender capacity is not increased before the end of the grace period file migration capability will be disabled."
Displaying the details on the License Manager console displays Products=DX, Information DxDM License;1;DX; EMC_Capacity:23Gb. The Centera pool we are writing to is 1Tb and has 800Gb free, and, according to the information I have we should be licensed for 17 File System Manager Licenses with 116Tb of storage capacity+a couple of MS cluster licenses. EMC generated us a new license key last week but that has made no difference. What I'm not sure is what we should see in the license server - all it says is "There is 1 License" and there are 17 File System Manager Licenses (1 in Use)
I'm really trying to determine if I'm missing something obvious before I log a further support call with EMC.
