DiskXtender add to Move Group Failure...
When adding new tasks for blank media in DiskXtender Administrator I receive the following error when adding a new Move Group.
"Warning - there are no move groups belonging to this media's extended drive that can accept this media. This media cannot be added to a move group at this time." (See screenshot at the end of this post). I am adding new media the same way I always have. Any thoughts?
Version info:
DiskXtender Administrator v5.20.150
MediaStor Administrator v5.20.150

Thanks for the reply. We have since decomissioned the server with the Jukebox on it.
How ever it was a Plasmon 9.1 gb optical disc that was being added.
