DiskXtender 183, ERROR_ALREADY_EXISTS

Hello,

Environment:

Win 2003 SP2 Ent Cluster, DX 6.30.271 SP1 Patch 1

media NAS (share on the same server).

We have errors like this:

[DiskXtender File System Manager 6.30.271]

ERR 06/28 14:49:09 (1138) [Dm_Media.cpp, 3681] Failed to rename file

some file

on media

SOME_MEDIA (183, ERROR_ALREADY_EXISTS, "Cannot create a file when that file already exists.").

Then DiskXtender stops the media, it goes offline and there is not possible to access any archived files for users.
Seems that this happens when user move archived file to different directory on extended drive.

To solve this problem we searching file on media with the same name as moved and deleting it.
But I think this is not a solution.
And this is very annoying, because happens ~3 times per month and some times cluster active node reboots.

May you have any ideas?
