Data Manager for Celerra (DMC) - Path Exclusions

I've been digging through docs for the last day and a half and haven't stumbled across the answer yet.

I'm just getting started putting DMC into production. I have filesystems on my Celerra I want DMC to migrate old files off to to my extended drive. BUT... I'd like to be able to exclude certain folders.

Of course there's the "! -name pattern" option, but that seems to be oriented around the filename itself, and I near as I can tell, does not filter for the path.

Does anyone have any thoughts?
