Adaptec 29320?

I have a customer trying to move their jukebox to a new 2003 server and they are using an adaptec 29320 as the host adapter. For some reason no matter what we do media stor will not "see" the library.

I was wondering if anyone has had any success integrating media stor with the 29320?
