windows hello not working

Hello!

Since I reinstalled Windows, Windows Hello is not working.

When I put my finger on the sensor, it says "Something went wrong"

I reinstalled the drivers for the sensor, and reinstalled Windows twice, but keeps not working.

Can you help me?
