support assist
Looking for ideas, etc. regarding the Support Assist program.
For several days, when executing program, the " Check for Updates " feature fails after 17 plus minutes. A message is displayed, " something went wrong during the scan - Click Retry to try again, " I have attempted, but same results experienced. Other features of the program function normally. Prior to past several days, overall program functioned with no issues,
I have an Inspiron 3670 PC, Windows 11, Chrome browser, and very good internet Wi-Fi connectivity with no issues.
