Laptop is not asking for the set BIOS system password before booting

Hi all,

I got a question about the BIOS system password on my Dell laptop.

Configuration:

laptop: Dell Precision 5510

BIOS:
version: 1.15.0 (09 Sep 2020)
system and admin passwords are set
Password Bypass: disabled
admin setup lockout: disabled
master password lockout: disabled
BOOT List Option: UEFI
SATA operation: AHCI
Secure Boot: enabled

OS: Windows 10 Pro
Bitlocker: TPM 2.0 + pre-boot PIN

Question:

For some reason, when I start the laptop (both: cold start or warm restart) it doesn't ask for the BIOS system password before booting the OS, the laptop only asks for the Bitlocker pre-boot PIN.

I'm trying to figure out why it skips the system password, does anyone have an idea?
