Hello PIN rejected, new password required

My Dell Inspiron 3020 personal desktop computer running Win 11 rejected my Windows Hello PIN login and stated "Your organization requires that you change your password".   I have no "organization".  How do I access my computer?  I do not know what, if any, password the computer is waiting for -  it rejects all my tries.
