Cannot use --SecureBootMode parameter with Dell Command Configure

I am having issues using the --SecureBootMode parameter with the cctk.exe command line to set the Secure Boot Mode on my Dell systems I am currently using version 4.3.1 on Dell Lattitude E7470 with Latest BIOS update. The out put reads "The option 'SecureBootMode' is not available or cannot be configured through this tool."
