XP Errors Framedyn.dull and Load Library

I received the following error when trying to reinstall the Shockwave Flash Player that I uninstalled because it wasn’t working properly (received an error that it performed an illegal operation):

  "This application has failed to start because Framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem".   I can located it in the following places:   C:\I386 C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WBEM   It is not located in my DLLCACHE folder.  Can I just copy it and place it in the folder or do I have to perform a special prompt?   Additionally, I received the error:  Load Library (“filename.dll”) failed.  The specific path could not be found.  How do I recreate this file?
