stop: 0x0000007E after installing secondary videocard

I have a dimension 9200, I need 4 monitors for my work, so I bought an XFX FX5200 pci graphics card to add to my setup.  After inserting and installing the software it needed to reboot.  During the reboot I got the bleu screen with the error message:  stop: 0x0000007E (etc, etc,). Some additional information; when I change the bios setting to have the secondary graphics card looked at first I have no problems except for that my original FX7900 is not working properly according to my hardware profile.  Not sure what has caused this, any help is very much appreciated.
