You can disassemble the keyboard by removing the screws on the backside.  As for the individual keys they will pop off.  Once the keyboard is disassembled and the appropriate keys are removed, just use a Q-Tip with a little Windex on it to wipe up the dried spill.  If the shafts to the keys are gummy with juicy then use a little denatured alcohol on a Q-Tip and wipe the key shafts clean.
