i just taken it out of the box and it does not boot to the OS
What do you think caused this issue ?

Can you bring up the diagnostics partition and run from it?

You might want to try enterting the BIOS boot menu to check the current boot order. If hard drive is not at the top of the list, try bumping it up to the top of the list and restarting.
