Microsoft Word Menu Disappeared!

Recently whenever I used my Word program for no apparent reason it no longer shows the menu options or any toolbars. This is driving me crazy. I have tried to find hidden areas with my mouse, I have clicked every part the screen but nothing has worked. All the other office programs are fine, I just cannot figure it out. Please help!

Pressing Esc or lingering the mouse at the top of the screen neither gets it out of full screen mode or shows any menus.
