Jacob, I am assuming that you are using the Windows XP dual boot feature to load either Windows or Linux.  If so then click on the Start button then select Control Panel and then Performance and Maintenance.  Select the System icon and then chose the Advance tab.  Then chose the Settings button under the Startup and Recovery option.  In the System Startup box you can then chose your default operating system in which to boot to.  Select your Windows XP operating system.

If by chance you are not using Windows XP dual boot feature, but rather a boot loader for Linux then I would suggest posting your problem in the Software - Linux forum which can be found by clicking here.  The Linux folks who visit that forum can best advise you how to make Window XP the default OS.
