Icons Gone Crazy!
My desktop icons have become sensitive. They act as if they are an opposite charge to the mouse pointer. They scatter all over the desktop when you touch them with the arrow, running and piling up on each other. I can get them to stop running by checking "Auto Arrange", but they then change positions in their lines when touched by arrow. Tried virus scan, changing sizes, renaming shelliconcache, and restoring to a previous date. Kind of fun at first, but tiring of scurring icons!

If you page down about 2/3 you will see an animation of the repelling icons.
