ethernet controller?

My dimension 2350 needed to have the OS (XP) reloaded. Did that and then had problems with internet explorer working. The device manager shows the ethernet controller, multimedia controller, and the video controller as being yellow question marks. I don't seem to have the cd with all of the drivers. Not sure which ethernet controller to download from the dell website? Anyone got an idea? Thanks in advance!
