DELL XPS 420 Bluetooth Card Reader issue

Hi, each time I boot up my pc windows Vista wants to find the driver for the Bluetooth card reader in my XPS 420 and it is having problems doing so. I don't have the 19 in 1 card reader it's the Dell Media Card Reader with Integrated Bluetooth Module (CAB-200).

This driver is inside the Dell driver folder in My Computer so I would of thought it is installed properly but obviously not. I have tried going to Device Manager and updating it/uninstalling it and reinstalling but still I'm having this problem where on boot up of Vista it keeps trying to install it but fails.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to fix this problem?
