Dell 8400 fan noise -- very high pitch like a tuning fork
Hey was just wondering if anyone else with an 8400 (or another machine)
has a problem with fan noise?
It's not very loud but it's fairly constant, high pitched, almost like a tuning fork--ringing in your ears.

I did some more testing to try to locate the sound, it's weird, when the case is open it's fine UNLESS i put my hand in front of the fan intake to the CPU fan, then the high pitched humming starts, and stops when i move my hand away.
