Bad video card and nonworking keyboard
My 2300 has a black screen. I bought a new MX4000 because of the price. I read it is compatible. It suddenly went black and it has never had anything on the screen so I can't download the drivers in the instructions. What am I supposed to do if I can't see anything???
My keyboard is not responding (no lights or action). Please help!!!!! What is going on.

I have never had so much difficulty finding out how to fix something. I really could use the help, because I have wasted so much time.

Take out the MX4000 and see if it boots and look at the status lights on back.
