Audio messed up

I just upgraded to the new itunes, and it seems like somehow this messed up my audio. When i turn on my computer i can play music with real player or windows media player. But as soon as i open itunes or even if i wait an hour, i cant play any audio.

If i try to play it with real player it says that some other program is using my audio device. I ran the diagnostics and it gives me that the hardware detection passes the test, but the wave, MIDI, mixer, direct sound CD drivers all fail as well as my mixer settings check.

I tried uninstalling all these and reinstalling them but the same problem occurs.
