Unmanaged host ax4-5i

I recently changed the physical connections between a host and my storage...Initially I had a single NIC configured at 192.168.200.11, but I added 2 NICs to the machine at 192.168.100.23 and 192.168.200.23 to give myself a little redundancy. There are separate switches for each subnet, etc.  The SP interfaces are 192.168.100.1 and 192.168.200.1 for SPA and 192.168.100.2 and 192.168.200.2 for SPB.

The storage is still accessible to the host, but within Navisphere manager on the Storage tab,  the host shows up as unmanaged, and the ip address of the NIC no longer in use is referenced.

On the Hosts tab, I see 2 instances of the server now- one with the old IP, and one with the new. The old ip shows the LUN, but the new does not.

Everything is working, but I am uncomfortable with the confusing information shown in Navisphere.

How do I sort this out?
