Unisphere for VNX7500

All,

Please excuse my ignorance with this post but I am a novice with EMC products.  We have a couple of VNX7500's that are out of support.  We have Unisphere running on Windows 2008 and hope to upgrade windows to Windows 2016.  The problem is that other than navigating the software and performing basic tasks, I do not know how the software works.  If I did a new Windows 2016 new install, will Unisphere work on it and what are the dependencies ?  Just install on the Windows server, is there a component that needs to be upgraded on the storage arrays themselves as well ?  If it is possible to do so, where can I get the software ?  Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are out of support.
