Storage Array Dell Powervault MD3220 - Intial Configuration (Need Urgent Help Please)

I'm trying to setup a refurbished storage array MD3220.

Rightnow, i connected a serial able connected via Putty.

Pressed Ctrl & Pause/Break (See Below, thats what I see on the screen)

Press within 5 seconds: for Service Interface, for baud rate
