SAN HQ Estimated IOPS cannot be calucated

I've been monitoring our PS4400XV (Firmware V5.0.7) with SAN HQ 2.1.0.5342 for weeks already. All information seems collected properly.

However, in Experimental Analysis window,  when I mouse-over the graph, it says that :

Invalid configuration is detected. Estimated Max IOPS cannot be calculated.

Any solution?

Thanks a lot.

Upgrading to the latest SAN HQ resolved this problem. However, another issues occur. Well, it's another story.

By the way, I find a lot of "Unable to gather information on the specified drive from the catalog: Drive not recognized by SAN HQ." messages in the log files in C:\ProgramData\EqualLogic\SAN HQ\Logs\Traces . Is it related?

For your information, there's only 1 LUN and it's a CSV for Hyper-V R2 cluster.
