Reset/Recover password on an old Dell AX150i SAN
We have a AX150i SAN that was installed sometime in 2007. I've got the ip address of it, can navigate to it and it brings up the login prompt. I've tried admin/password and Admin/password and such for the defaults and no go. I'm pretty sure it was changed by the contractor when they set it up 3 years ago and we were never given the password. I can't contact the contractor because they appear to be out of business.
Is there a way to reset the password/account on the AX150i without defaulting the entire box? It is serving as the repository of our virtual server files and I really would rather not destroy the existing configuration. I'm having some odd iscsi timeout errors on the virtual servers and I suspect something is up on the SAN and would really like to take a peek inside.
Thanks for any help.

You'll need the serial cable and then call Dell|EMC support to have them verify you're the legit owner (the company you work for shows in their system as the owner), and they can walk you through resetting the password. They'll do this even if you're out of warranty (in the US at least (last I checked)).
