PS6100 Reset password, need a Dell Engineer

Hi,

I have a PS6100. The IT guy left and didn't give us the password. I connected to the serial port and called Dell, but it's out of warranty so the guy would not transfer me to an engineer. He suggested I come here and ask for help.

I just need to reset the password, nothing else. I'd rather do it via the login/challenge phrase/answer, rather than take the SAN down to do it the other way. Will someone at Dell help with this? Or am I hostage to the warranty to reset the paassword?
