Problems setting up iSCSI ports on AX100i

Greetings all:

I am in the process of resurrecting an AX100i and have it working for the most part.  I am having troubles with Navisphere Express and the iSCSI ports.

Simply put - I cannot get into Navisphere Express at all.  When I try to navigate to the device (192.168.10.41), I get a splash screen graphic telling me that it is version 6.19, then I get an error message that says "Navi error.  Access Denied.  Please check the typed URL".  The URL on the address bar is "https://192.168.10.41/start.html".  What am I doing wrong here?  This happens whether the device is configured for domain access or not.

However, I am able to get into the device using Navisphere Manager.  In there, I can do all sorts of neat things with the disks and what not - but I can not access/change the IP information for the iSCSI ports at all - at least I can't find the right place anyhow.  I've tried (from the tree) AX100i->Physical->SPs->SP A->Ports->{Right Click} and absolutely nothing comes up.  I've also tried AX100i->SP A->{right click}->Properties->{various tabs} and nothing is available there for setting the IP address(es) of the iSCSI ports.  The one curious thing is that in this properties menu, there is a "Fiber Speed" tab but my system is copper iSCSI.

Anyone have any ideas on what I could be wrong here?  The FLARE OS version is 2.19.100.5.029.  I cannot change this because I do not have the Navisphere Manager Enabler installed in the device and have no idea where to get it.

Thanks for your assistance!

Has the AX100 been reimaged lately?  The only way to go from full NaviManager to NaviExpress is a full reinstallation.

Yes it has been reimaged.

Do you know of a way to revert the AX100i back to using NaviManager?  Is there a special image file that needs to be used to revert it back?

The image file I have (provided to me by Dell Support) is FLARE-02.19.102.5.029.mif

The easiest fix is to get a copy of Release 16 from Dell Tech Support, it has all the enablers built in.  Then after that has been installed, upgrade to R19.xx, the latest.

The problem is they gave you the image, but not the enablers, one is for NaviExpress.

Sorry for the late response, dont come to this site often.

Ron,

Did you have any luck using the suggestion below posted by RIchard (to use Release 16 then upgrade to R19..)? I am having a similar issue. Would you mind emailing me ->read: axetone at yahoo to discuss? I could you (and very much appreciate) your help! Kind regards, Jason.
