PowerVault TL2000 Drive being knocked offline

Hello All,

We have currently started experiencing an issue with out Dell PowerValut Tape Library TL 2000. We run Veritas on top of our tape library. What happens is that our tape library keeps getting knock offline (or goes down) and we have to manually bring up the drive. the tape library has a media stats error on it. I have tried restarting the tape library and updating the firmware. I am just shy of throwing it out the window. I am just not sure where else to proceed. I am not sure if its a software of hardware issue. If anyone can help me out, it would be appreciated!
