PowerVault MD3820f / NTP Failure ...can´t do anaything

Hi there, 

I have here a Powervault MD3820f without any HDDs. Just want a Factory Reset with it ! 

Through Storage Manager , i apllied already the script "clear storageArray configuration all" , through the command cli, I did a " sysWipeAllConfigData"  but nos success. I alway have the issue with NTP, and can´t do anything like Sync, or reset the Array or change the ip etc... Has someone an idea ? Thanks a lot
