no extension date DataSafe Online

I've paid for DataSafe online, but the renewal date does not change.
the money is debited from my account?

You posted in the Dell|EMC Storage forum. Which model Dell|EMC SAN do you have, and how does DataSafe play a role in that?

 

If DataSafe is something that came with a desktop or laptop, you may want to try in the desktop or laptop section of these boards. You may get a quicker answer there.

datasafe came within my inspiron 545 and the first time i just had exstend my datasafe online contract. the second time i did the same thing,

i payed but at the first mail everingting was correct ( Your Dell DataSafe Online was successful renewed 11/29/2010

Your account has been cancelled. ( Dear michel,

Your Dell™ DataSafe Online Backup account has been deactivated as of 11/29/2010. You will have 14 days to reactivate your account. If you do not reactivate your account, all of the data stored there will be automatically deleted 29 days from today. )
SO I PAY AND GOT NOTHING!!!!!! AND WHEN I PHONE; NOBODY CAN HELP ME???

Not for nothing, but this forum, the Storage forum, is dedicated to "Information and ideas on Dell storage solutions, including DAS, NAS, SAN and backup".

Notice I underlined and italicized "BACKUP". Datasafe is Dell's Online BACKUP solution that they charge and take money for, so why is this the wrong forum and why can't we get answers to honest questions about Dell solutions that we pay for?

I posted a datasafe backup question in the 'desktop' forum and got no response to that either.

When you're ready to step up and support the backup products you sell then let me know and I'll tell you what my specific issue is with datasafe.
