No drives available for EMC AX 150?

I just bought this thing a year ago, and dell does not sell drives or carriers for them. That would be fine if that bit of information was not so difficult to get. I went through 5 phone calls and many many transfers. Several of the Sales people didn't know what I was talking about, then I would get transfered. There is obviously a problem with the way dell handles incoming calls. And why would they not sell drives and carriers for a product they sell.

Any body have any decent hardware sites they goto send them my way.
