I have a product managers' name now at Dell. What I'm wondering is who handles this product from a support standpoint when calling the toll free number. I tested it, and the person on that call, had ZERO pre sales support. Only followed script, asking where I had purchased the product. So, who is your connection, and are you Dell DCSE or employee?
