Need Experience letter for US Perm Application

Hello,

I need your help in obtaining my experience letter from Dell EMC. I worked at VCE Company LLC from 2013 to 2014 and need this letter for my permanent residency application in the US. US immigration has asked for specific details in the letter including job dates, duties and responsibilities. I have reached out to Dell EMC HR customer service line, which directed me to the work number website. However, on completing all the details on the work number website, work number could not retrieve my information and has asked me to reach out to Dell EMC directly. 

Please kindly help me with the above.
